Autopay

We have autopay available to our customers. Using a credit card, debit card, or your bank account, you can make automatic payments, taken out on the 10th of each month.

Customers who are approved for charging will be sent a statement at the beginning of the month for all charges occurred in the past month. You have until the end of the statement month to pay your bill. Any payments made after the due date are subject to a service charge.

Customers who choose to be a COD customer on their credit application, or are not approved for charging, will be required to pay for any deliveries at the time of placing their order. Our customer service representatives cannot give the drivers orders for COD customers unless they have been paid for ahead of time.

Cost Management Options

Secure Comfort Budget Program

Our budget program allows customers the opportunity to pay a monthly installment towards their annual propane usage based on the previous year’s usage. Customers who choose to take advantage of this program will have a ceiling price on their price per gallon.

Partial Prepay

Customers who participate will pay $0.50 down per gallon during the contracting season. As customers receive deliveries throughout the heating season, they will pay the price off the truck (minus the $0.50/gallon) unless the price of propane rises to the ceiling price. Partial pre-pay customers are guaranteed to not pay over the ceiling price for the gallons that they purchased.

Full Prepay

This option allows customers to buy X amount of gallons at a specific price during the contracting season.
