the Annual Meeting of the membership of

Northern Star Cooperative Services,

105 Main Ave W, Box 458, Deer River, Minnesota

will be held on Wednesday, the 22^nd  day of January, 2025 at

6:00PM in the Deer River High School Commons

in Deer River, MN for the transaction of any business that may

properly come before the meeting.

The known business for the meeting is:

A summary review of the FY 2024 Financial Performance,

the election of three Director seats,

reports on operations from our leadership, and Board and staff recognition.

Nomination forms for director seats are available in accordance with

the Director Election Policy in the Main Office, or online at www.northernstarcoop.com/governance.

We invite all patrons to attend.
